The Benefice (and many members of the congregations) are also proud to be involved in regular activities throughout the week (collectively known as ‘Apart From Sunday’ events) helping communities connect, encouraging young people to get involved and looking after some of the vulnerable members of our society.

Wingate Winter Wonderland

Saturday 9th December

10am to 1pm at the Wingate Centre

Christmas…we just love it here at the Wingate Centre! So please clear your diaries for Saturday 9th December when the Wingate Centre will be transformed, for one day only, into a Wingate Winter Wonderland!

So if your little one wants to pose for a photo with Elsa (and get a signed Christmas card to take home), see Santa’s sleigh, meet our Christmas donkey, decorate a gingerbread man to take home, meet a baby barn owl (aww!), take part in some festive face-painting and visit Santa’s grotto, all in aid of our brilliant cause, we’d just love to welcome you to the centre!

We will also have the usual table top sales, tombolas and festive goodies to sample and our grand Christmas raffle will be drawn, by Elsa, at 12.30pm. What better way to get the whole family into the Christmas spirit?!
